Mike Riggs was born in Phoenix, AZ but was raised in Southern California where he has resided for 47 years. He has been awarded multiple customer experience awards and is adamant that clients understand the details of a transaction from the beginning, and that they are the same at the end with no surprises. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Arizona University, is licensed by NMLS and the CA BRE, and is a member of The Golden Key National Honor Society.

He currently lives in Dana Point with his wife and 3 children and enjoys surfing, fishing, spear-fishing, diving, anything with water when he’s out of the office. He is very happy to be at a company that puts clients first and allows him to stay in contact with them throughout the transaction, instead of throwing them into a pile of loans reducing them to a number. Mike is happy to advise on a transaction whether he is the one doing it or not. The best end result for the customer is his ultimate goal.
