Alex Ortiz is a native from the state of Texas who brings a wealth of knowledge from his past sales and management positions with previous financial companies. He has 17 years in the industry as a Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Salesperson. He received his Bachelor’s degree in 2003 in Business Management.

He is currently licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and NMLS in CA, TX, and FL; he has vast experience in the REO industry (distressed and short sales) since 2004. Alex is also a Lending Tree Gold Leaf Certified Mortgage Banker and President’s Club Member. He is HAFA certified and a short sale specialist.

Alex loves spending time with his wife and 2 sons. He enjoys playing golf whenever possible and traveling with his family to all parts of the world experiencing other cultures.
